Terms for all Good Review Booster services.

1. Services Covered

Good Review Booster provides digital business support services. Current service categories include:

• Google Profile: profile setup, optimization, content guidance, local visibility support and reporting activities.
• Smart Page: review link, QR page, payment action, WhatsApp, social media and business information display features.
• Website Design: business website design, content placement, enquiry flow, mobile responsive setup, basic SEO structure and launch support.
• Poster Design: poster content idea, poster text preparation, custom design and ready-to-post file delivery.

2. Pricing, Plans and Inclusions

Plan price, quantity, validity, delivery time, features and package inclusions are shown on the relevant pricing or service page, invoice, quotation or order screen. If there is a difference between a public page and a signed quotation or invoice, the latest confirmed quotation or invoice will apply.

• Prices may change for new orders without affecting already confirmed paid orders.
• Taxes, payment gateway charges, domain, hosting, ad spend, third-party tools or extra work may be charged separately if not included in the selected plan.
• Any additional request outside the selected plan may require a separate quotation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete business information, approvals, access, photos, logos, content, payment details and other materials needed to complete the selected service.

• You are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the content you provide.
• Delays in sharing required details, access or approvals may delay delivery timelines.
• You must not use our services for fake reviews, misleading claims, unlawful content, spam or third-party rights violations.

4. Google Profile Terms

• We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of calls, enquiries, views or reviews.
• Google may verify, delay, reject, suspend or modify profile changes according to its own policies.
• We do not create fake reviews or force customers to post positive reviews.
• Work is considered started once profile review, setup, optimization, content planning, access work or reporting activity begins.

5. Smart Page Terms

• Smart Page features depend on the selected plan and active subscription or validity period.
• Payment links, bank settlement, UPI, WhatsApp and third-party services depend on external providers and their rules.
• Trial or demo access is provided so customers can review the service before paid activation where applicable.
• Once a Smart Page is configured, activated, published or used, the service is treated as started.

6. Website Design Terms

• Website delivery depends on timely content, photos, logo, approvals and payment stages.
• Basic SEO setup does not guarantee search ranking. Ongoing SEO results depend on competition, content, domain history, updates and search engine rules.
• Design approvals are important. Major changes after approval may be treated as extra work.
• Work is considered started once planning, design, development, content placement, domain, hosting, SEO setup or technical activity begins.

7. Poster Design Terms

• Poster packages include only the number of posters and services listed in the selected package.
• Customers must provide required photos, logo, offer details, contact number, preferred colors and references where needed.
• Small text corrections may be included as mentioned in the package. New concepts, redesigns or major changes may require extra charges.
• Work is considered started once content idea, poster text, design direction or design creation begins.

8. Approvals, Revisions and Delivery

Delivery timelines are counted after payment confirmation and receipt of required details, access and approvals. Timelines may change due to customer delay, third-party platform delay, holidays, technical issues or major scope changes.

• Approval by the customer confirms that the content, design or setup can move to the next stage.
• Corrections are limited to the selected plan, quotation or written confirmation.
• Repeated changes, new scope or changes after final delivery may require additional payment.

9. Refund and Cancellation Summary

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, once work has started, the payment is non-refundable because time, planning, resources and service work have already been allocated.

• If work has not started, a refund request may be reviewed based on the situation, payment charges, administrative effort and any committed third-party cost.
• Google Profile, Smart Page, Website Design and Poster Design orders are not refundable after work starts.
• Completed work, approved work, delivered files, activated pages and used subscription periods are not refundable.
• Billing error cases may be reviewed separately.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may depend on Google, WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, social platforms and other external systems. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, account restrictions, delays or decisions made by those third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

Good Review Booster owns or licenses its software, templates, design methods, website code, internal processes, documentation and branding. Customer-provided logos, photos and business materials remain the customer's responsibility. Final delivered creative files may be used by the customer for their business after full payment, unless otherwise stated.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or stop service access if there is non-payment, misuse, illegal activity, abusive behavior, fake review activity, security risk or violation of these terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Review Booster is not liable for indirect loss, business loss, ranking loss, reputation loss, third-party platform actions, payment provider issues, customer actions or results outside our direct control.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when services, pricing, laws or platform rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
