Clear refund rules for each service.
Our services involve planning, setup, design, development, support time and third-party coordination. This policy explains when cancellation or refund review is possible.

1. Before Work Starts
If you paid for a service but our team has not started planning, setup, design, development, activation, content preparation or third-party purchase, you may contact us for cancellation review.
- Approval is not automatic and depends on the order status.
- Payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, administrative effort and third-party commitments may be deducted.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@goodreviewbooster.in as early as possible.
2. After Work Starts
After work starts, the order becomes non-refundable because service time, planning, resources and delivery work are already committed.
- No refund is provided for completed work, approved work, delivered files, activated pages, used subscriptions or service periods already consumed.
- Customer delay in sharing content, approvals, access or required material does not make the order refundable.
- Third-party platform delay, Google policy decision, payment provider issue or hosting/domain delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.
3. Google Profile Refund Rule
Google Profile setup and optimization work becomes non-refundable once our team starts profile review, access checking, setup, optimization, content planning, photo guidance, reporting or any related activity.
- No ranking, review count, call count or enquiry guarantee is provided.
- Google decisions, verification delays, suspensions or policy changes are outside our control.
- If work has not started, refund review may be requested before any profile activity begins.
4. Smart Page Refund Rule
Smart Page may include trial or demo access where applicable. Once the Smart Page is activated, configured, published, customized, used or connected with QR, review, social media, WhatsApp or payment actions, the payment is non-refundable.
- No partial refund is provided for unused subscription time after activation.
- Payment provider, bank settlement, UPI, WhatsApp or third-party service issues are governed by those providers.
- Because trial/demo access is available where applicable, customers should check suitability before paid activation.
5. Website Design Refund Rule
Website Design payments are non-refundable after planning, design, development, content setup, domain work, hosting work, SEO setup or technical activity has started.
- If no work has started, cancellation may be reviewed based on the situation.
- If work has started and the customer later decides not to continue, refund is not available.
- Stage payments are linked to project progress and resource allocation.
- Major changes after approval may require additional payment and do not qualify for refund of completed work.
6. Poster Design Refund Rule
Poster Design payments are non-refundable once content idea, poster text, design planning, sample direction or design creation has started.
- If design work has not started, refund review may be requested.
- No refund is available after content approval, design approval, final file delivery or correction work.
- Changing the offer, product, concept or brand direction after approval may be treated as new work.
7. Billing Errors
If there is a duplicate payment, incorrect charge or verified billing error, contact us within 7 days with payment proof. Valid billing error refunds will be processed after verification.
8. Cancellation Requests
To request cancellation review, email support@goodreviewbooster.in or contact our support number with order details, payment proof and reason for cancellation. Requests made after work starts will be treated according to this policy.
9. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time may vary based on the payment method, bank or payment gateway. Refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 working days after approval, but final credit time depends on the provider.
